driver was charged with misdemeanor Causing Serious Physical Injury/Death by a Moving Violation.
That should not only be a misdemeanor

It’s too freaking hot and people drive too fast to get back indoors.
During the winter it calms down but then there’s the snow birds which introduces different traffic.
Anyone that doesnt agree is welcome to drive the I17/I10 and/or 202/101/60 any time. No one does the speed limit, 5-6 lane highways, wild lane changes and very bad decisions all around. It has made me a worse driver overall.
