      Now that the SC said that prosecutors can’t use any testimony from anyone involved in the administration, the testimony from people who were never in the administration becomes more valuable.

      As far as I know, Ellis was just a lawyer for the campaign, and was never actually part of government. So her testimony should be admissable even under the new rules they made out of thin air.
