      Lazy copycat version:

      • buy grocery store sourdough, cut
      • throw frozen wild blueberries and maple syrup in a pot, add like a splash of water and a bit of sugar. Put on medium heat until it starts steaming and the sugar dissolves. Don’t do a high boil, just until you see steam coming off the top. Stir often.
      • buy frozen hash browns and cook them as instructed, or just throw them in a pan on medium high and flip over when the top side looks thawed. Removed when bottom is browning or they feel warm.
      • fry egg (I can’t help you here)

Damn indeed, this all looks delicious! The eggs look like they’re cooked perfectly (for how I like them at least haha)! Well done! :)
