Five ICE officials said orders came down to stop vehicle stops, a go-to tactic that had helped lead to a spike in immigration detentions.

Cease all non-urgent vehicle stops

So… They just claim all are urgent. Which is what they’ve already been saying.

They are fucking scum, and this isnt news.
