  • I for sure think things have changed. I think they are a good value for people who share their games. In the sense that there’s something for everyone. It’s not really my bag either. As I stated, I tend to just grab my own games when I like them. I don’t play AAA games or anything terribly graphically advanced, so that in itself sort of nullifies the bundles for me. As most of them tend to focus on what larger titles they can pull. I worry often that a lot of these sites in general prey on people to be honest.

That’s something else though. I just thought in general the pay raise makes sense because everything has raised their prices. I just wish there were more to justify it over.

  • I think they’re doing what they have to do to be honest. I don’t like that they fired everyone. I don’t like what they’ve done to their publishing. I am not particularly interested in buying their things anymore. I think a part of that is because they started so whimsically. Some of my favorite games of all time have come from the bundles. Things have changed, but every fudgin’ thing in this world has gone up. So clearly, even with a skeleton crew (that’s what they have to be running, right?) they more than likely were going to raise the price. Because they gotta do that capitalist thing.

I don’t like it. I have never liked it. I think this is more of a “is what it is” thing. For a hobby, it gives you a smattering of games for typically the price of one, on sale. It’s freakin’ stupid as hey-sauce it’s a subscription. Let alone that you need to jumpy through an insane amount of hoops to get your games/unsubscribe. My gal grabbed the one with The Thaumaturge recently, so I saw the lot first hand.

I think they really need to re-evaluate their next few steps however, or they will basically be nullified by whatever is next. If there is a what’s next, in gaming bundles. Not sure. I just tend to buy what I like, and what I like is weird.

  • One of my exes has a great picture of it being around one in the morning, with a PBR, the sun, and a big old red fox in her face. It’s a great shot, and I think about it often. I haven’t seen too many foxes in my lifetime, but they always look so nice. As shown here.

  • There is a complex relationship between many Asians. Many move to Japan for a better life quality. The Japanese have done some atrocious things in the past. To be honest with you, she’s allowed to feel however she wants about anything. Many multi-ethnic people have severe displacement. You can look one way, be cultured another, and have several other things. I bet you fifty bucks she does a shitton of cute stuff that is tied to her actual culture.

I am ethnically Japanese, but I am culturally American. Among other things. There are bits and pieces that have dripped through, because my family has sustained its own culture.

You will never understand the hatred, it’s not worth trying. Also stop being a dick on the internet. And probably real life. But more so on the internet. People’s sufferings are not something that need to equate to be worthy of sympathy (at minimum).

  • People online are fucking animals.

Well, people are fucking animals period. But people online are exceptionally well honed at being little wild fucking animals.

I wish that bullying, mockery and the likes were removed as mainstream forms of attack/coping from all common routes of communication. I think it’s sort of like that concept of how what you practice is what you get more prone towards doing.

I really don’t think this world is made for the sensitive. Likewise, I think people should give a little more thought about what they’re out here doing. Cause you’re doing it to other humans, don’t be a fuck.

Also fuck your little arrow game/thumb-y shit, social media.
