32·3 months agoEarlier today I swapped the displays between two iphone se 2020s. To my great disappointment, the screen on the working phone no longer functioned properly (colors look terrible, could not change brightness, home button not working) because the screen was bound to the other hardware. Thanks for making repairs impossible and hating your customers, apple

1·8 months agoAurora Borealis will be more visible because of the weakened magnetosphere. I don’t know what implications this will have on the world in practice.

The magnetosphere has been weakening in strength due to the ongoing pole shift over the past 30 years, which will peak in the 2040s when the poles will fully shift. I pray there will be no solar flares in the direction of earth during this event, otherwise most of unshielded electric equipment will get fried, including energy infrastructure.
