That’s a good point. You give up things by being in a relationship but gain other things. Who could possibly know how you’re going to find being a parent… what kind of bond you’ll form. Whether your partner will be a good parent etc without going through it.
If you’re lucky you get to make the decision either way, and don’t have it made for you.
Why do you think she would be sad… have you guys not discussed this? A clear answer might not come from it but it would give you something to go on.

As a current console user, this whole non-physical disc option leaves a sour taste. I’m not on board with digital-licenced-only options especially if buying at full price, Generally I’d be super keen (I bought/sold/rebought W3) cant see myself getting excited about this on any platform.

I don’t really reminisce, but lament having a Nokia N9 with the meego os and watching Microsoft buy the company and run it into the ground.
The phone was small, quite heavy in comparison, but the icons and ui worked (and still works) with the low px-res UI.
We sat on the Id software ftp waiting for q2test to drop at around one in the morning, then waited around 1.5 hours for it to dl on modem While chatting on icq. Played it and the full game - wasn’t really a fan of the game.
Quake 4 was an improvement.

I always listen to album tracks in sequence, either from the start or from in inner track. love to get into the groove, I don’t think I’ve played tracks randomly for years. Obligatory fk Spotify.
I use Navidrome + audinaut as my android app (I only just checked to find out that development on audinaut stopped 4 YEARS ago), so will be looking at this thread for new suggestions…
Have been using easytag on linux and kid3 on mac (kde app - not sure what other free ones there are there) for adding trackinfo so far anyway

Yeah the demo before release only showed the open world side, so it was quite a shock. Still decent if disjointed. Personally I could have done without the RTS part, or have it as a simpler mini game.

Great all the way through - enjoy the ride.
I love the design of the console. It’s fun, which was miles away from the testosterone teenage boy styling of the ps2 ( no shade still a good design)
But. The controllers weren’t the most comfortable.
If Gmail is rejecting your custom domain, you haven’t setup your SPF, or DKIM records etc for you custom domain that authorizes proton to be a valid email sender.
E.g when Gmai receives an email from a custom domain it will look up records to confirm the mail server sending it is valid.
Checkout https://proton.me/support/anti-spoofing-custom-domain or search proton SPF DKIM for guides.
You wouldnt have issues sending from a proton domain as they already have these in place for you.
I think the dev got really enthused when the twitter exodus came to fedi, but then it left and wasn’t the next big thing. Plus maintaining or building an app turned out ultimately what they wanted to do. First it had a public ui, then got scaled back to a server if I recall.
Not really on topic - but a shoutout to https://baraza.africa/ one of the older pre reddit exodus instances.

A few more apps than I was aware of so quite encouraging. Personally waiting on affinity to make the jump. Fingers not xd
Yeah ok - on my radar now. Given what he’s released to date.

Great game and the dlc bundled is excellent to boot

LocalSend on both devices is something I’ve used
The expressions when I read these out are priceless.
Super cool. Loved the game and the ability to wander around and find something interesting going on. Many games I’ve played cough Zero Dawn cough don’t really have a lot going on outside the main story (in my experience) I might have to track down a complete armour set one of these days.
