That’s awesome! GTA V just screwed everyone on Linux! What a rug pull.

The only AAA game I WAS interested in was GTA6, but after that they just did to GTA5 I’m not interested anymore. I use Linux and they just added anti-cheat that is compatible with Linux but never enabled compatibility. They don’t want me to buy their game.
I switched to Linux mint maybe 6 months ago and it’s been great. Just a bit of adjustment for which programs I needed to get some things done. Also turns out some stuff was WAY easier to get running such as my JavaScript twitch chat bots, I didn’t even need a tutorial and I got it running in terminal. My wife also using mint at the same time I switched and she has been liking it too. Good luck and know there’s a ton of people here that can help you out.
Nice, thanks!
That’s cool to know, but is there also a mod to use a controller? That’s what keeps me in bedrock (currently playing android bedrock version on Linux).
I’m in the middle of moving so all my VR stuff is packed in storage. Sadly, I may never get to try it.
How can you blame 1 person for a problem happening everywhere in the world?
I just mark them all as spam, now I get way less of them.
I get that way sometimes in Minecraft, when I’m under ground exploring then I get lost and feel trapped. After I get back out I then wonder why I left lol
I run mint on a ideapad flex and it’s been great. Touch screen works, speakers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, gaming, etc all good. I got the laptop cheap with a broken screen, I replaced the screen and added a bigger NVMe and it’s been great.
I stopped going to goodwill a while ago.
Prices too high.
Also Caught them a few times taking the sale of the week items to the back storage so no one can get the $1 blue tags or whatever color of the week it was.
Also heard the manager yelling at an employee for missing one of the sale items.
I still go to all the other brands of thrift stores, there are like 30 of them in 10 miles, maybe more. And they are ALL cheaper than goodwill.
I also used to go to goodwill outlets and get stuff cheap by weight, but I no longer see hard goods or DVDs there anymore. So I stopped going.
My Starlink plan is 50gb per month!
I did find a few on GitHub, but the one I tried had an error after a few downloads, so I just manually got them all.
Also don’t forget to download the offline installers from GOG. I spent all of last week doing that
I know that flash animation alone was a HUGE part of the old internet. At least there is an archive for some of them called “flashpoint”.
I don’t get any notifications from HA. I also don’t really use HA away from home. Just convenient for me to log in and check temperatures, make sure I have lights off, etc.
My router has a built in VPN, so I setup my phone with the VPN settings. Just a toggle on my phone and it connects to my home as if I was at my home Wi-Fi.
I self hosted many websites for about 20 years, but sadly I had to take it all down this year. In the process of moving to another state. Also going to really miss my 1gbps unlimited fiber connection.
I hosted my websites from windows server 2003, 2008, virtual machines, Linux, and other ways. It was fun times. I have very good up time using 2 servers and UPS battery backups.
Archive org has it
I remember when I setup my Wordpress website years ago I had permission errors, so the Wordpress install needed read/write access to the website directory. Maybe the same in your case?
