The email you posted specifically says if you have PLEX Pass users can stream for free.

They already had one of those.

This could be due to collecting user data for what the manufacturer sells it for, to providing this data to try to sell you on renewing your [subscription] package that lapsed.”

So it doesn’t matter if you’ve subscribed, they’re surveilling you.

Your statement is only accurate if tire exclusively talking about the food being imported. American fertilizer ingredients and a lot of the equipment (or materials for the equipment) come from Canada and other countries hit by the tariffs. There was an article a month ago about how the Vermont maple syrup industry is totally screwed because all their equipment comes from Canada.

I don’t see a statue of limitation in the provinces health privacy act and thus most certainly contravenes it. In fact, the health authority doing nothing about it also contravenes it.

I don’t see why the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) wouldn’t be the investigative authority here. I also have no doubt the college of physicians where they are currently registered would be interested.
