Here’s where both your logic falls apart. Any time you commit violence on someone else, even something as simple as punching them — you invite death to the table.

If we were more primitive we would stop sharing food with these people. Quite literally we would ostracize them from local community and they would simply wither and die. Do you think that’s a better outcome, morally, than simply killing them? Do you genuinely believe a quick death is worse than starving to death? Or dying due to preventable illness?

Edit: oh, and I know exactly how it influences reality — did you see what happened recently to vaccine mandates in the U.S.? We reduced the number of childhood vaccines from 17 to 11. The specific vaccines are: respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), hepatitis A, hepatitis B, dengue, meningococcal ACWY and meningococcal B. They’ve cited that only children in high risk categories should get these vaccines.

If that isn’t evidence of crazy conspiracy theories affecting reality I don’t know what is.

I don’t think the payout is as important as taking money away from tech giants is. It isn’t an efficient usage of the money, of course that money could be spent to greater effect than just splitting it up piecemeal. Yes, it likely is a pittance compared to what billionaires are worth. However if literally everyone struck these people at the same time, class action lawsuits being brought against all tech giants alongside general strikes — suddenly they’re hemorrhaging money outside of the lawsuits and their technofascist bubble pops.

Certainly naive to believe — as I’ve said the people I’m talking about are mostly spineless cowards that are contributing directly to fascism. I have no misgivings about whether what I want to happen will happen or not.
