I quit eating meat eight years ago and I’ve never looked back.

I think it’s really interesting that the younger generation seems to be interested in listening to music how older generations used to.

I first started listening to and collecting music in middle school. Back then, it was all about CDs. Then Napster etc Came out and we all got into piracy and burning CDs.

My first year of high school the first iPod came out. And that rained supreme until I was in my late 20s. Had an iPhone ever since, But I still just have my MP3 library that I listen to. Never streamed.

But lately I’ve been collecting cassette tapes from Bandcamp. I was born a little late to get into cassette tapes. But for some reason now that’s what I’m doing.

Well, it was fun while it lasted…

In my personal experience I haven’t had one comment to get removed on lemmy (this is my fourth account I joined a couple years ago)

But on reddit it happens all the time
