Between the complete Congressional disfunction of Republicans stalling anything and everything Biden could possibly have counted as a “win,” and the bullshit delay Mitch McConnell managed to pull to refuse seating Obama’s SC pick NINE MONTHS before Trump was elected the first time - then rushing through Trump’s pick a mere TWO WEEKS prior to the following election in order to stack the SC - there was NO WAY to guarantee Biden would get a good person in that seat.
