I’d probably add msg or chicken bullion/mushroom powder to the mix.
Hmm honestly looks like not using the packet and just judging the seasoning myself may have been a better way to go.
Packet ingredients: salt, maltodextrin, dried Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dextrose, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium stearate, and soybean oil

Yeah half of that shit is to make it flow better. They add sodium stearoyl lactylate, which is a dough strengthener, likely to adhere the seasoning to the mix.
I think we can do better. ¬‿¬
