The system failed. It’s why Mamdani won. If the system had succeeded like it usually does, sex pest Cuomo would be mayor.
Mamdami was way after the election, and he was a catalyst to more “left than center right seats” if dnc/gop had continued thier media attack against him. they largely stopped.

So attempting to split the vote is fine if you’re a corporate Democrat trying to stop a dirty communist from winning?
