I felt like making something other than Bacon and Eggs for breakfast and realized I had a pie crust in the freezer.
I didn’t have cream, cheese or onion so instead added some melted butter, onion and garlic powder.
Place eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, onion and garlic powder in a blender to mix. Cut the bacon into squares and add to the blended eggs along with the melted butter.
Dock and blind bake the pie crust and then added the egg and bacon mix. Baked until done at 325 f.
I’ve made multiple versions of Quiche Lorraine and honestly this isn’t’ too far off.
Sort of a bacon frittata
