I’m Romanian and I recently came across the definition of bangmaid which fits me perfectly, so that’s how my username came to be.

Narcissus poeticus, or poet’s daffodils are called ‘nargis’ (nuh-ruh-giiis) in a a number of languages. The root word is Persian. It is often used in poetry as a metaphor for a person’s eyes (generally a person’s girlfriend) as it is supposed to be ‘eye shaped’. There is, of course, the Greek myth which is often alluded to in English literature. It’s also a pretty flower.

There was an episode of The Girls Next Door in the early 00s where they go to the Renaissance Faire and they had someone teaching them words from that era and one of them was Sausage Wallet and it cracked me up back then and still does to this day.
