I only learned about the third way recently and all it did was solidify the idea its just 2 sides of the same coin.

I agree with this, also never been comfortable listening to headphones on a walk or biking for the same reason.

So 100,000 people times about 140$ per ticket, thats if everyone did not go to traffic school. Traffic school would be about 240. They made at least 14,000,000$ in those 10 days.

I’m curious why they dont use the Tacoma more. Cheapest Tacoma is 10 grand cheaper that the cheapest f150.
