I got diagnosed at 52, i only discovered that forgetting to eat and being shaky wasn’t normal when i turned up that way to a therapy session and my therapist pointed out that, that wasn’t a normal thing.

4·6 months agoWow, this could have been written by me. I got diagnosed last year in my early 50s after my 4th burnout. I’m currently assessing career options and try to work out what to do next. Unfortunately one has to make money to survive, I’m just trying to find something that won’t break me again. Bonus points if it’s interesting too.

Sadly, Joe Robinnet. Canadian camping dude. He went through some personal issues, which understandably he discussed on the channel. But then every video started becoming some personal jouney story. I’m doing a bad job of explaining it, but the content just became depressing to the point i couldn’t watch him anymore.
