I have moved quite a bit and I can tell you: moving south has been absolutely amazing for my mental health! I loved everything about my life in the north, except the weather and the winter and the short days and… there is just no fixing. I now live a bit souther and loving it.

Do you think it’s a light problem? I had a sun light for a while and it did wonders. Now I have a gradual activation light that mimics sunrise to wake me up in the morning and it’s also really good to wake up rested and motivated (but not as good as the sun light)
