Why doesn’t she look proud?
Voting earlier is generally better because it removes you from the list of voters Dems have to reach out to and allows them to focus on lower propensity voters.
I voted earlier than ever this cycle. I also canvassed for Harris and got several people who don’t normally vote to vote in battleground states. These are not people captured by LV models.
I voted by mail as soon as I got it.
Only thing I left blank was one of my state’s measures because I didn’t know anything about it until I saw it on the ballot and it was one of those things that both sides are worded in ways that sound pretty much the same. Shit wasn’t on my sample ballot either, which was weird.
Was hoping to stop being so sick before voting, but I filled out my mail in. In CA, drop boxes are everywhere but I’m just out of convenient range of all mine almost perfectly in all directions. Also early voting centers are a little far, but all the regular ones are open tomorrow and they accept mail ins with the worry of it getting lost in the mail. It’s a block away.
Of course, it’s all propositions for us but a few interesting ones that landlords hate. Good luck to all those in purple and soon to be purple states!
For any Californians. Yes on Prop 33, no on Prop 34. Prop 34 is a revenge ballot initiative meant to hurt the AIDs healthcare foundation, as they are advocating for 33, a rent control initiative.
