at the timestamp the dude shows that vm bridge mode with vNIC and virtual switch joins the vm to the physical network.

from what I understand its like the VMs is on the network and the physical router assigns the ip address is that right?

then he goes on to say you can have individual NICs per VM? what is the point of that?
