I am currently in the early phases of building my homelab and in doing so, I ran 2 separate 12/2 romex lines for 2 - 20 amp circuits. Then I started to think about wiring it up into a 240v outlet as the power efficiencies are better from what I understand? I am not super knowledgeable about the electrical side of things.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Or any advice would be appreciated as well.
