The Axe throwing places ive been to have pretty serious rules about how and where to throw from, so this might actually have fallen back on her, not the venue…

It’s still on the venue for letting her do that tho, not supposed to have the knives past the tables.

She’s an idiot but why is nobody from the venue watching and stopping her? It’s not like she was being sneaky.
Since there doesn’t seem to be much activity, is it possible that she works there and it’s something the employees are up to?
I’d say that’s the most likely thing actually, just employees being dumb after hours.
