Or aculpulco Mexico getting hit by a cat 5 hurricane that was a cat 1 12 hrs before? Not to downplay aculpucos suffering but what if that hit a major economic center? and society as we know it will start falling like dominoes. No, towns are going to be lost one by one by climate catastrophes until we can no longer rebuild and people are left to fend for themselves. Imagine a wet bulb event in India? How many millions would die? We’re getting closer and closer every year. Humans can’t exist outside certain conditions.
