This complaint references much more serious language than a previous one which was upheld:
In March, a U.S. appeals court upheld an NLRB decision that said Musk illegally threatened Tesla employees by tweeting in 2018: “Nothing stopping Tesla team at our car plant from voting union … But why pay union dues & give up stock options for nothing?”
Wait – unionizing means giving up stock options? I tried verifying this on [search engine] but not finding anything meaningful, is that real?
That was the threat: “If you join a union, I’m not giving you stock options anymore.”
I was just trying to figure out if that’s industry standard or his “veiled” threats… I’m intimidated and I don’t even work there
It’s probably just a bargaining thing, it’s something musk said
Career criminals like musk and trump are so used to getting away with their illegalities, of course they commit more crimes when they get together for a nationally broadcast event.
Shawn Fain is all in and looking for a fight. Love to see it.
I’m so here for this.
